Senator Andrew Jones Does not Give up, with his side kick “daddy” Commissioner Randy Jones.

The Senator seems to be infatuated with destroying a small family business for a second year while also taking away their Constitutional property rights in his own District10 with the help of his “Daddy” Cherokee County Commissioner Randy Jones.

Does this smell rotten to the core by stripping away Life Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness of a small ATV park business in Cherokee County, Alabama.

I personally know how it feels to have your Constitutional Rights and Property rights stripped away by my own Auburn City Council as a Short Term Renter.

It seems to be a horrible trend!!

Besides, When did the State of Alabama start regulating and attacking property rights of one business at a time.

Indian Mountain ATV Park is a 4700 acre resort area for ATV enthusiast. They provide Trail Riding, They provide Fishing, they provide RV/Camper sites, and they provide Hiking with 130 miles of roads.

Senator Jones why are you not regulating and taking property rights away from other ATV Parks in Alabama places like New Brockton, Andalusia, Jacksonville, Tuscumbia, Holly Tree, Brantley, Bremen, Brent, Munford, Talladega and more. There are ATV parks in all 50 states.

Please Senator Andrew Jones explain to the Alabama voters why you and your father want to over regulate and destroy Indian Mountain ATV Park?

On April Fools Day, Senator Jones was sneaking and slithering around Montgomery by getting the first leg of his new Senate Bill 234 passed without a whimper.

Before you know it he will be at Governor Ivey desk watching her sign this bill.

Did the senator constituents in Alabama district 10 vote him in to personally destroy their businesses while allowing his Daddy to handcuff their property rights in Cherokee County .

But Senator Jones knows that the April Fools nasty deed is getting close to allowing him and his “Daddy” Commissioner Jones by having total control over this small family-owned business, Indian Mountain ATV Park to be totally dismantled and destroyed.
